We are looking for an experienced developer to lead our core product teams. You will work extensively with Next.js, Express, and MongoDB to build scalable ERP and Healthcare solutions like Nursify.
Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas.
Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive UI/UX.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
3+ years of experience with the MERN stack.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3) and Docker is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
